An Elegant White and Silver Wedding In Ottawa
Alexandra and Dian's wedding day was a sophisticated celebration filled with gorgeous details. The couple realized their vision by decorating their art gallery venue with chic white and silver accents that added an air of luxury. "We wanted a classic, elegant feel to the day," Alexandra explains. "The gallery is quite impressive so I made sure the centrepieces were lavish enough to fill the space," she adds.
Highlights of the day included the Cuban touches the couple had included in the reception. "I wanted to ensure Dian's Cuban culture was represented so we had espresso, a cigar bar and Spanish music during the reception," shares the bride.
Alexandra and Dian agree that it was the involvement of family and friends in their big day that made it extra special. "The speeches were great -- both sets of parents said words as did the maid of honour and best man. It was so nice to hear their wishes and advice as we moved forward," smiles Alexandra.
