An Eclectic Mountain Resort Wedding in Revelstoke, British Columbia

Janelle and Kerry met at a summer job where they both organized beach volleyball events, but for their eclectic mountain resort wedding day they were far from the beach. Revelstoke Mountain Resort was the venue for their summer wedding and each of their 150 guests had to take a gondola ride to the Mid-Mountain Lodge to reach the celebration (they were greeted by a bagpiper upon arrival). The day was brimming with bright, pretty details including multi-toned florals, bridesmaids outfitted in sunny yellow dresses and matching wellies, and Kerry’s kicky tea-length dress paired with blue satin heels. “One of the day’s best moments was after our ‘I dos’ when we took a Vespa for a spin around the venue. It was such fun!” Janelle says. Another memorable moment was the couple’s first dance to “L.O.V.E” by Nat King Cole. “I love this song. It’s short but classy—just like my dress,” Janelle smiles.
