A Whimsical Country Fair Themed Wedding in Calgary

Corey and Dawn’s pink and green country-fair-inspired wedding was all about the little details. Dawn enlisted her crafty sister to help her create decor elements such as pinwheels and bunting. In lieu of traditional escort cards, Dawn opted for Mason jars filled with pink lemonade, which guests sipped from stripy straws. “Halfway through making everything I thought I must be crazy, but seeing it the day of the wedding took my breath away, and I knew it was worth it,” Dawn recalls. The newlyweds agree that the success of their whimsical wedding came from the help and support of their loved ones. “It was the most perfect and amazing day of my life, when I got to marry my best friend (who also happens to be the man of my dreams),” Dawn gushes.
