A Rustic Chic Farm Wedding in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Mixing vintage elements with country-inspired details, Kayla and Nathan planned a fantastic farm wedding that embodied the rustic atmosphere of Manitoba. From the red pickup trucks that transported the bridal party to the ceremony to the cowboy boots worn by Kayla’s bridesmaids, there were a number of fun elements that made an impression on the couple’s wedding guests. But it was the beautifully decorated farm wedding venue (a barn decked in chandeliers, birdcages and gold table settings) that completely wowed the crowd. “We had a lot of help from friends and family, especially Nathan’s mom, who decorated our entire barn,” Kayla shares. To open up the dance floor, the two danced to “You Do the Math” by country singer Brad Paisley. “There was no question when it came to choosing a first song—this one suits us perfectly,” Kayla smiles.
