A Romantic Wedding in Hamilton, Ontario

Spontaneity and excitement played major roles in Rebecca and Warren’s fairytale wedding. “During our ceremony, our Monsignor walked up the church aisles and asked guests to give us marriage advice—it was unexpected but fun,” Rebecca shares. “Then during our photographs a stranger passing by on a bicycle surprised me with some fresh-picked lilacs. It was even caught on film!” Following that unique photo op, the two invited their guests to wine and dine with them at the Hamilton Golf and Country Club where speeches were the highlight of the evening’s entertainment. “We made up a song on the spot, Garth-and-Kat style for all the Saturday Night Live fans in the crowd, about the excitement of the day,” Rebecca explains. “We had the whole room laughing—that was definitely one of the best moments of the day.”
