Teresa and Bradley met during their fourth year of optometry school while doing an externship in Atlanta, Georgia. Although they both disliked their placements immensely, they say they'll never forgot how happy they were to go to work and see each other every morning.
When it came time for Bradley to propose, Teresa says he simply nailed it. "I could not think of a better recipe: hamburgers, wine, pajamas and diamonds. Obviously, I said yes! But seriously, that moment, and the conversation that went with it, is something that we will cherish forever. It was totally real and overflowing with love," she explains.
The couple chose a vintage wedding theme to suit the old-world, romantic atmosphere of the wedding's location in Old Montreal. The main goal Teresa had in mind regarding colour selection was to evoke a sense a warmth. She also didn't want the theme to be too trendy because it was important that the wedding, and thus the resulting photos, be timeless.
When it comes to favourite wedding details, Teresa says her stationery stood out. "As a friend of mine would say, 'The first glimpse into your wedding is the invitation.' So, our invitations are an absolute wedding fave," she says.
