Holding their ceremony and reception at the bride’s family farm made Delia and Matt’s special day even more personal and intimate. They were married under an arbor made of vintage chandeliers hanging from the same trees Delia climbed as a child. Decorative cabbages, artichokes and stunning floral arrangements were placed around the farm thoughtfully. Delia and Matt chose a simple grey and lavender colour scheme to complement the prairie landscape. “I love subtle, muted tones because they remind me of the country where I grew up,” shared Delia. The day wound down with stories exchanged amongst loved ones and a spectacular surprise fireworks show courtesy of Delia’s father. “It was truly the best day of our lives so far,” said Delia.
