Ginelle has always been fascinated by the Victorian era, namely for the elegance of its decor and clothing. She dreamed her wedding day would echo some influence from the Victorian era, and her dream came true.
At the beautiful and classic Casa Loma, Ginelle and Igor held their wedding and reception. The ceremony took place in the observatory of the castle shortly after noon. "It was funny seeing the castle’s tourists gawking at me as I waited to walk down the aisle with my mom," Ginelle shares. The ceremony was romantic, highlighting the bride's understated lace gown.
Ginelle and Igor showcased an innovative guest book idea where guests signed rocks and placed them inside of a glass bowl. Although it started pouring rain, Ginelle says, "everyone was having such a great time they hardly noticed. We drove back to the hotel, carrying gifts, leftover cake and my Manolo Blahniks."
