A Pretty Vineyard Wedding in Blenheim, Ontario

Rob and Lisa first met each other at church, shortly after, the two got to know each other online. “Our short-lived friendship quickly evolved into more than we intended,” Lisa says with a smile.

After attending a friend’s wedding in Christchurch, New Zealand, the two made their way up to Russell, a historic town in the Bay of Islands. Rob and Lisa spent their afternoon on a dolphin cruise and enjoyed an evening dinner on the bay front. The couple took a stroll out on the pier, where Rob proposed. “He got down on one knee during a beautiful sunset, and asked me to be his wife,” Lisa says.

Their relaxed outdoor vineyard wedding was filled with purple flowers and vintage-inspired décor. Rob and Lisa both agree that the best moment of the day was their intimate "first look" moment in an open field that overlooked Lake Erie.
