Kristina and Stas were introduced through a mutual friend in 2010. While celebrating their 11-month anniversary at Burnaby Mountain, the couple went out for a decadent dinner of lobster, wine and dessert. After enjoying their intimate evening, Stas popped the question.
Kristina and Stas’s big day was truly a family affair with loved ones contributing everything from the handmade wedding favours to the DIY floral arrangements. Even Kristina's gorgeous gown was custom made by her mother and a friend.
Light pink and white was the perfect colour palette choice to accent Kristina and Stas’s summer nuptials. The couple incorporated these fresh shades into everything from the bridesmaid dresses and the flower and feather bouquets to the sweet table, which featured cake, cupcakes and an array of colourful candies.
Kristina and Stas divided their honeymoon between urban and tropical destinations. First, the pair spent three days in New York City sightseeing and shopping before heading off on a cruise, where they spent three days sunbathing and touring the tropical paradise of Bermuda.
