A Pretty Parisian Wedding in Vancouver, British Columbia
Inspired by the dreamy ambience of the city of light, Richelle and Matthew went to town creating a chic wedding packed with Parisian delights. “Everything about France is romantic, enchanting and intimate, which is exactly what we imagined our wedding to be,” Richelle explains. From elegant gold chairs and decadent French macarons to a Paris-themed luggage box (used to collect cards), the two ensured that not a single detail was overlooked. For favours, Richelle and her sister-in-law crafted soaps and wrapped them up in lace bows. “All the male guests received shea butter, while the females received an orchid scent with rose petals,” Richelle recalls. “We chose those fragrances because they tied in perfectly with our theme—delicate and fresh.”
