When Nina and Adam first started hanging out, they found themselves doing a lot of outdoor activities together, so reciting their vows in nature seemed like the obvious choice.
"We lead a pretty simple life and love the outdoors and we wanted our wedding to reflect that," Nina explains. "We kept our theme and decorations as simple and natural as we could."
Nina and Adam agree that their wedding ceremony was a profound experience, making it one of the best moments of the day. The couple tied the knot surrounded by trees, wildflowers and their closest loved ones. "It was incredibly moving, and there weren’t many dry eyes," says Nina. "A family of deer even walked by during the ceremony!"
Looking back on the day, the first dance also stands out for Nina. "All of the things going on around us disappeared into the background and it was just he and I," she remembers. "I felt really proud of what we had done and felt very grateful being there."
