A Gorgeous Punta Cana Destination Wedding

What better way to escape a chilly Canadian winter than with a Punta Cana destination wedding? This couple packed their bags and, along with 25 guests, headed to the Dominican Republic for a beach-side celebration. This Punta Cana destination wedding began with a beautiful ceremony in front of a palm tree fringed gazebo. The bride walked down the flower-petal-laden aisle to meet her groom, who was outfitted in traditional Canadian forces mess dress complete with red cummerbund. The bride added tropical flair to her ensemble by wearing orchids in her hair and carrying a bouquet of roses and stargazer lilies. Following the ceremony the couple hosted an outdoor reception catered by Dreams Palm Beach after which guests were treated to a live band and fire show -- the perfect end to this lovely Punta Cana destination wedding.
