A Garden Tea Party Wedding in Calabogie, Ontario

Shari and Donald ("Junior") selected a beautiful waterfront location for their garden tea party wedding. An intimate celebration, 100 guests congregated at Calabogie Highlands Resort and Golf Club, where the couple exchanged vows "under the beautiful shade trees," describes Shari. Another bonus of the locale? "Golf cart ushers" who drove the bride and groom to the ceremony site. Featuring whimsical touches like cupcake bouquets, the garden tea party wedding was both relaxed and cheery. The bride contributed several DIY details to the celebration, including centrepieces, invitations and program fans; her bridesmaids, meanwhile, collaborated on homemade jam favours, a sweet touch to the garden tea party wedding.
