A Dreamy, Summer Garden Wedding in Niagara, Ontario

Kristin and Navjeet met in London, Ontario while doing their medical residences. “We met in the emergency department one night when we were both on call; Nav helped me with a procedure and we clunked heads over the bed leaning over the patient,” Kristin laughs. “I think it’s adorable, and Nav thinks I’m ridiculous for telling everyone about our “meet-cute” moment.” For their wedding day, the two chose the Niagara winery region as their backdrop. “Our overall objective was to bring together all of our friends and loved ones in one place, as it so rarely happens,” Kristin explains. “We both have big families and friends spread all over the world, and to have most of them join us is something we’ll cherish for a long time.” The two enjoyed their special day surrounded by beautiful flowers, good wine and food, and great company, but it was the appearance of a wedding rainbow that made their wedding even more memorable. “We decided afterwards it was my Nanny Dee, who passed away a few years ago, saying hello and sending her well wishes,” Kristin says.
