For Britney and Ryan, sparks flew on the very first date. “ We just clicked; it felt as if we had known each other forever,” Britney shares. Three years later, on a road-trip down the California coast, Ryan proposed at Universal Studios as the two looked over the Hollywood skyline.
Taking inspiration from Victorian décor, the two chose to host their special day at a historic castle adorned with accents in cream and soft neutrals. To tie in with their theme, their banana bread cupcakes were also decorated with Victorian cameos, lace, and pearls.
“As a dress designer, I designed both my gown and my maid of honour’s, which was something I’ve always wanted to do,” Britney explains, noting that it was her favorite detail of the day. At the end of the evening, the couple was surprised with a vintage Rolls Royce, which whisked them to their hotel. “ We could not have asked for a more wonderful wedding, it was perfect,” says Britney.
