A Chic Vintage Wedding in Toronto, Ontario

Actors Georgina and Mark met on the set of CBC’s Republic of Doyle in St. John’s, Newfoundland. “I was starring in a guest role and Mark is one of the show’s lead actors,” Georgina shares. Mark proposed on a trip to New York City, where he popped the question moments before the New Year so that the two could ring in 2012 together as an engaged couple. The couple's glamorous winter wedding at The Drake Hotel was adorned with a soft, simple, pretty floral arrangements and a lovely pink and white color palette. For their first dance, the couple chose "L-O-V-E" by Nat King Cole. “We wanted to choose a fun and happy song, so that everyone could enjoy our first dance,” Georgina says with a smile.
