As a female MC for a DJ company in the wedding industry, Samantha had seen her fair share of celebrations. Naturally, when the time came to tie the knot she had a vision of what her day would look like. “I love black, and I wear a lot of black gowns, hence my black bridesmaid dresses and groom suits,” Samantha explains. “I felt as though this look was so classic, yet modern.” Their reception venue, the Universal Eventspace, also played a factor in their decision for a black colour scheme. “The main attraction in the hall was the interactive projector image behind our head table, we didn’t want to overload the hall with draping and flooring, so our colours went hand-in-hand with the venue.”
When it came to their reception, Samantha and Stefano knew fun and entertainment were top of mind. A father/daughter Rumba dance and serenade by Samantha to the hit song Signed, Sealed, Delivered really got the crowd going. But, for Samantha and Stefano the icing on the cake was their mod interactive screen projector which featured scenic city photos and sweeping forest views. “The best part of these images is that they all move,” the newlyweds share. “Once dancing started, the wall went nuts and moved to the music.”
