Honeymoon in Palm Springs
As Jenn heads to Palm Beach today, I thought it would be fitting to talk about the other Palm–Palm Springs, California. Let's face it, who could resist all the beauty and sunshine that Cali has to offer, especially on a cold and blistering day like today? Good weather, great food, an astounding view, not to mention a beach at your fingertips–it's no wonder celebs and tourists consistently flock (some even remain) to this bright state all year round. For a more secluded and desert-like adventure (think Vegas sans the noise) Palm Springs is the ultimate getaway for some much-needed rest and relaxation. You may also be interested to know that this hot locale is steeped with Hollywood history, making it the rendezvous point for renowned stars including Frank Sinatra and Ava Gardner, Elvis and Priscilla, and Clark Gable and Carole Lombard. The best place to stay and play? We suggest a suite at Colony Palms Hotel, a hotel constantly frequented by A-listers including Vanessa Hudgens, Hilary Duff, Kellan Lutz and in the past Dean Martin and Rita Hayworth.
