For a tiny island chain isolated in the middle of the Pacific, Hawaii has an astounding food scene. With a focus on readily available fresh seafood and tropical fruit, Hawaiian cuisine fuses traditional American fare with Asian flavours. From street eats to high-end cuisine, there’s an infinite number of delicious cafes and restaurants serving up "ono grinds" (the Hawaiian term for delicious food) that you'll still be craving on the plane ride home.
