Now that the biggest wedding engagement of the year has officially been made, where do Kate and Prince William go from here? The office has been abuzz with a bazillion wedding questions like what will she wear? Where will they tie the knot (Alison has her finger on Westminster Abbey, me thinks elsewhere). Will Kate wear her hair up or down (I've only ever seen her lovely locks down)? So many questions, but I'm sure the answers will unfold as the wedding date nears (tentatively to be spring/summer 2011, that's only a few months away). In the meantime, let's rewind back time and see what other royals have done in the past, and tell me, do you think Kate will follow suit?
Princess Diana's Gown
One of the most epic weddings of the century was when Princess Diana and Prince Charles tied the knot, and aside from their lavish wedding, Diana's dress was the talk of the ton. How could you miss that overflowing train? Do you think Kate would wear something as long and elegant as Diana? Or keep it more modern?

Princess Margaret's Tiara
The Poltimore tiara (a gift from Queen Mary) worn by Princess Margaret, when she wedded Anthony Armstrong Jones in 1960, was an exquisite and beautiful crown, which was later auctioned for $1.5 million. Will Kate wear something as elaborate and exquisite? Only time will tell.
