Friday was the final day of Bonnie Gordon's Wedding Cake Design week at her school. All of the students hard work finally came to an end, with students producing a variety of cake styles, themes and designs. Not every cake was for specifically for a wedding either, but also the celebrations surrounding that big day, which Bonnie also encourages her students to create. Here are some of their designs, and commentary from Bonnie.
"Our design classes are not just about gorgeous wedding cakes; our students also learn how to create fun, whimsical celebration cakes perfect for bridal showers, stagettes, engagement parties and wedding anniversaries," explains Bonnie.

{Living in a large city like Toronto we are blessed with the opportunity to create cakes for our diverse population. Cultural heritage often plays a role in wedding decor and cake design and we are always thrilled when the opportunity arises to create beautiful and unique.}
