Sweet Peony

Sugar! I got this neat idea from Roxycakes. She too is a major fan of peonies and because they're such a hot commodity with brides she created this beautiful three-tier confection with sugared replicas of the flower. I'm in love with the subtle detail on the cake, makes everything look so soft and very romantic.
