Sweet Addiction

Love marshmallow, caramel and chocolate? Then I just have to share my latest find at Williams-Sonoma with you as they are only in stores until Valentine’s Day. We’ve already gone through a one pound box of Checkerboard Marshmallows ($38) in my house and will be getting to our local WS in the next few days to score a few more. Known as ‘Modjeskas’ these handmade caramel-coated marshmallows have been made by a Kentucky-based family biz since 1889. They are soft, chewy, not too sweet and quite simply a taste of heaven. Warning: these babies are also highly addictive so don’t be surprised if you polish of all 20 pieces (10 are traditional caramel/marshmallow, the other 10 chocolate caarmel/marshmallow) in a few days. Definitely put this on your sweetie shopping list for February 14. And PS. Rosie, you definitely need to try these!
