When I tell my friends that I’m not a huge fan of strawberries, they always look at me like I’ve grown two heads. When I was younger I ate so many of them that I just grew tired of them. Of course, I can stomach one or two, just not a handful.

But this cake from Décor Gâteaux Mtl (decorgateauxmtl.com), which I’ve had my eye on since last year, might make me change my mind about strawberries altogether. It’s definitely something I see being served at a garden or outdoor wedding, and it’s great because it’s already divided into perfect slabs for your guests.
