I personally love the idea of pie served on a plate (especially warm apple crumble pie topped with vanilla ice cream). But for those of you looking to serve them in itty-bitty sizes, pie on a stick is the next sweet thing on the list–after cake pops, cupcake pops, cheesecake pops, brownie pops, etc. (oh yes, I even heard there's a bacon pop recipe comprised entirely out of goat cheese, herbs, pecan and bacon–not 100% sure I'm sold on that idea yet, but if you've tried it then let me know how it goes).
