Mmm, donuts!

Wow. It's almost the end of August and I feel like I haven't fully experienced all that summer has had to offer, which brings me to my post today: Tiny Tom Donuts. I have to give credit to Jenn for this, it was her idea, and until now I've finally had a reason to post about it. You see every August, here in Toronto, we get whacked with "Let's Go to the Ex" commercials (aka The Canadian National Exhibition Centre, CNE, which is open for about two straight weeks), similar to a fair the Ex is jam-packed with rides, games, and international food stores and vendors–not to mention talented local bands and amazing air shows.

Mmm, donuts!

I'm hoping to head their sometimes this weekend. Obviously, one vendor that comes to mind when I think of the CNE is Tiny Tom Donuts. For those unfamiliar with them, well, they're these SERIOUSLY amazing teenie weenie donuts covered in sugary goodness (or a topping of your choice, I believe cinnamon and chocolate are some of the options available).

Last year, Jenn kept talking about them that she looked up their website and found out that they have a mobile truck that can come to your celebration and create these delightful goodies. I definitely agree with Jenn, that it'd be great to have a mobile truck come to your venue for a nice midnight snack. Trust me, your guests will love it! Although Tiny Tom's is designated in Toronto, I'm sure there are tons of mobile food vendors that have their specialties across Canada, other mobile options could be ice cream trucks and poutine/fries trucks. Do you know of any great food mobile services? I'd love to hear your recommendations.
