Looking forward to tulip season!

I just had these amazing pictures sent to me by photographer Kevin Lam, from a wedding we did together at the Carlu in the spring. They made me miss tulips!

I have been meeting with plenty of spring 2011 brides as of late, so I thought even though these pictures are not in season, they may be the perfect inspiration for all those couples out there trying to decide what to do for their up coming spring wedding.

FYI: tulips are not exactly 'spring' any more! They start to become available in October, in limited colours. By January they are available in full force in every shade imaginable and they seem to last through to the end of June. So if you love these pictures, and think this may be your floral inspiration, you have a wonderfully large window of time to get married in.

Tulips are fresh, fun, and funky. I can't wait until I have them to work with once again!
