Vicki Manness opened her bake shop in Calgary’s Manchester Industrial neighbourhood at the end of 2016, and her photogenic cakes and treats have amassed quite the following. She’s been baking since she was a kid and has worked at some of Calgary’s top bakeries and dessert destinations before launching her own brand. She particularly loves creating simple, elegant cakes in mouth-watering flavours like maple bacon stout or cookies and cream.
