Ice Cream Sandwiches

Despite the chilly weather, I’m really craving some right now. Wouldn’t it be a great idea to hand out ice cream sandwiches at your reception? I mean, who wouldn’t love them? Or, you could scrap the cookie sandwich altogether and just serve ice cream on its own–more like an ice cream station in lieu of a dessert table. But–between you and I–I’d definitely go for the ice cream sandwiches.
