We know being cooped up inside is not always ideal for keeping our stress levels in check, especially if you’re used to moving your body at your favourite group class on the regular. While we may not be able to bring you the community atmosphere, we can save you some endless scrolling with this round up for our current top five free online workouts to keep your pre-wedding, self-isolated self feeling as best as can be.

 Only have 15 minutes? For a full body burn from celeb trainer Tracey Anderson, there’s a 15 minute full body workout on Goop.com.

Have a set of light weights? Let Karena and Katrina of Tone It Up guide you through this total body toning sequence. All you need is some light weights, a yoga mat, and some water to hydrate.

No equipment? POPSUGAR Fitness has a plethora of body-moving, blood-pumping workouts on their channel. Get fired up with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins during this 45 minute high intensity class.

Love to dance? A favorite trainer on the reality series “Revenge Body,” Simone De La Rue, creator of Body By Simone, will get your heartbeat up with this 45 minute dance cardio video.

Core focused? Blogilates creator Cassey Ho takes you through an uplifting toning core series. The video even counts you down to keep you on track and motivated.
