Whether you’re a fan of intimate affairs or are making plans to follow your local guidelines, micro-weddings present a wonderful opportunity to elevate your wedding day florals for a more intimate setting and create a very intentional and detailed design scheme.

Here are my suggestions on essentials to include in your intimate wedding day and thoughts on taking these arrangements level up.

A bridal bouquet is a quintessential part of the bride’s look—it really is the finishing touch, and it will appear in nearly every photo of your day. Now is the time to splurge on the bouquet of your dreams. Get those sumptuous orchids you have been eyeing or better yet, ask your florist to design a unique combination in your preferred colour palette. Many times, when given the creative license to do so, floral designers will come up with something beyond your wildest dreams. Don’t forget coordinating boutonnieres for the men and consider adding additional details like florals for your hairstyle.
