Eventspot is an online event planning service that aims to make it easy and way more affordable for anyone to throw the event of their dreams. The service offers several all-inclusive options for weddings, referred to as a “Party in a Box,” starting at $2,995. In a matter of clicks, couples can have their wedding expertly crafted by the brand’s roster of experienced planners, who can turn the event around in as few as 10 days.

Through one convenient website, Eventspot brings together over 800 vendors within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including venues, entertainment and decor service providers, caterers and more.

The service currently offers eight options for its “Party in a Box,” ranging from a “Sweet and Simple” at-home wedding, to “Brunch in Love celebration, complete with mimosa toasts. There are multiple and varied venue options as well.

If you already have a specific vision of where you want to take your event, and just want a wedding planner to advise and coordinate it, then Eventspot’s “Personalized Planning” option draws on their roster of seven expert planners, at surprisingly accessible price points of $99 to $599 for event planning services.
