A Fancy New 450-Person Wedding Venue In Toronto

Brides on the hunt for a super-grand ballroom with waterfront views are in luck: after nearly a decade of plans and construction, Hotel X Toronto, the 30-storey tower at Exhibition Place operated by the Library Hotel Collection, is finally open for visitors—and it has one heck of an event space. The entire third floor is devoted to two ballrooms, the largest of which can seat 450 for a seated dinner and has crystal chandeliers and a 1,000-square-foot terrace overlooking the lake. There’s also a catering kitchen and separate lounges—the Pearl Room and Bow-Tie Room—in which bridal parties can get ready.

With 404 rooms, the tower can sleep every guest in even the largest of weddings, and a ginormous fitness centre, soon-to-open rooftop pool, four restaurants and a cinema guarantees no one will ever, ever get bored.
