I owe my thanks to Karen Smallbone's blog for introducing me to this really cool site called iDiY. Basically, it holds tons of templated DIY's from various sources, like this pretty one pictured left, that are easily printable and totally doable.

For this easy DIY tag, all you have to do is click on the downloadable PDF, which will give you an image similar to this.
Once you've printed however many you need, all you have to do is punch two holes through, add some pretty ribbon and tie it around your goodies. Pretty simple huh?
