Design Your Own Wedding Stamps For Under $50

Want to elevate your save-the-dates, invitations and thank you cards without breaking the bank? Consider creating custom postage stamps for all of your wedding-related correspondence.

Canada Post's Picture Postage program allows you to create personalized stamps and postcards online or from your mobile device (the Picture Postage app was actually the most downloaded free app in Canada in February) and brides across the country are taking advantage of this new tech tool to help with some of the most pivotal parts of the wedding-planning process.

To use the program all you need to do is upload your favourite photo of yourself and your groom (maybe one of your engagement shots for your invites or a wedding photo for your thank you cards) and edit the photo on Canada Post's site to fit the frame of your choice. The cost is about $45 for a full sheet of 40 stamps.

After the wedding, you can also purchase personalized thank-you postcards featuring your favourite wedding photo. Design them in three easy steps then Canada Post will print, stamp and mail them to your guests for $2.45 per card.
