Day 41: Royal Wedding Marmalade

Royal Wedding Marmalade is a limited edition preserve made by Springridge Farm in Milton, Ontario and will be available starting April 8. The traditional orange marmalade contains of splash of champagne lots of “Canadian well-wishes” according to Springridge owner Laura Hughes. Some jars of this special treat will soon be on the way to Kate and William and Hughes hopes the couple love it as much as she loved making it.
