Current Obsession: Pillow Cookies

If only I could grab these chocolate chip cookies off my screen and gobble them all up, I totally would. Now, I've never heard of pillow cookies before, but ever since I read about these ones, made by Bakerella, I've been OBSESSED. Pillow cookies are basically your typical cookie wrapped around a brownie centre.
