Cool Floral Centrepieces That Will Last Forever

  |   By Jean Grant

For brides who stack their shelves with giant slabs of rose quartz and tourmaline, integrating their crystal obsession into the big day is pretty much essential (that’s why geode cakes exist, we guess). Brianna Shambrook, the owner of occult-inspired Etsy shop Soul and Selene, takes the rock trend to a beautiful new level—by filling them with dried flowers.

The faux crystals are fashioned out of polyester resin, and surround dried flora foraged from forests on Vancouver Island. They’re much cheaper than regular crystals (they start around $20 each), and double as a totally unique way to showcase plant life on the big day: the pink roses look extra-whimsical, and a trio of dried mushrooms can even be suddenly transformed into a statement centrepiece.
