Cookie Craving

Yesterday, Nicole went to Tim Horton's and surprised me with a chocolate chip cookie! It was so freaking delicious, which is where I got my inspiration to have a buffet filled with cookies instead of the typical candy or dessert bar. And, the cookies don't have to be gourmet or fancy either. Sometimes a good ol' chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin is all you really need. Found these yummy ones from Solomon's Gourmet Cookies. What I enjoy best about them is their category for nut-free assortments, this way you're guaranteed to not have any medical emergencies amongst guests at your wedding.
