Mmm coconut! Two weeks ago I had a cook-off with my friends–yes we’re nerds like that, and we had our own makeshift Iron Chef competition. The secret ingredient was coconut.
I wish we knew in advance so that we could make something similar to this coconut cake that I found off of Heavenly Ham. Doesn’t it look absolutely ravishing? The beauty of a coconut confection is that you don’t need to add much to it because of its texture. A few simple florals here and there is really all you need.
