Yesterday Jenn kept raving about this amazing "Cheesecake on a Stick" idea that she tried at an event on Saturday. I was so intrigued by the thought that I decided to check it out for myself. I've never heard of the idea, so Google images here we go. Found this scrumptious one from Elizabeth Anne Designs blog. Created by Bold American Catering, this chocolate-dipped cheesecake on a stick idea might just be the next cupcake? Hmm, we shall see.
