Calling All Ice Cream Lovers

It’s been a while since I’ve had ice cream, and right now I’m trying to decide between my two faves: Jamoca Almond Fudge or Rocky Road? Hmm! Perhaps I’ll have both!

Anywho, like I previously mentioned in my posts, ice cream bars/sandwiches are a great treat to serve your guests—especially on a hot summer night. If you’re not a fan, sorbets or frozen yogourts are a lighter and fresher alternative. I spotted these delicious sorbets in flavours of key lime, blood orange and kumquat on Cannelle et Vanille’s (cannelle-vanille.blogspot.com) blog. Take advantage of the fresh fruit available in the summer and ask your caterer to top your wedding cake with refreshing sorbets.
