I had the pleasure of eating one of the most delicious butter tarts EVER from Future Bakery located at St. Lawrence Market. The sad part about it was that I scarfed my down within seconds from having the first bite, it was just so darn good and gooey.

With that being said, butter tarts are now in my list of must-have desserts to add your sweets table at either your bridal shower or wedding day. Trust me on this when I say, your guests will go bananas for them. Want to try them at home first? I found a great recipe from Hip Hostess on those amazing-looking treats (pictured above).
