A Gorgeous Garden-Inspired, Butterfly-Filled Styled Shoot
An enchanting vineyard in Victoria, B.C. was the setting for this ethereal, soft, modern styled shoot. "The conservatory was the perfect setting to create a delicate and fun tablescape," says Caitlin Tamane of Vow & Co., the planner and stylist for the shoot. Butterflies were the detail at the heart of the shoot, inspiring the colour palette, venue and overall vibe.
"With events and weddings working on a smaller scale, we wanted to encourage couples to celebrate important moments in their lives with close family and friends," Tamane says. "Also, by using the rose garden with pre-existing florals, encourages couples to use the space and natural environment to create beautiful events."
The team chose the momentous occasion of an engagement to build into the story for their shoot. "Engagements are such an exciting time and we wanted to create a celebration around that momentous occasion," Tamane explains. "We hope this encourages other couples to keep celebrating and finding unique ways to have small, safe events."
