Never one to shy away from pushing the boundaries, Don O’Neill once again displays his penchant for the unique with his latest Theia bridal collection.
Deriving inspiration from Mongolia’s wintertime landscapes and snowcapped Altai mountains, O’Neill’s innovative designs are perfect for the winter bride. O’Neill’s collaboration with Mongolian luxury knitwear company Naadam was at the heart of Theia’s Fall 2015 collection, which boasted numerous designs showcasing Naadam’s cashmere, harvested from Mongolia’s Bayangovi region. Standout cashmere pieces included a show-stopping knit turtleneck gown and a luxurious cashmere poncho.
O’Neill also took cues from his 2015 Spring collection and showcased similar crop top designs with a gleaming crystal-encrusted cropped sweater and a cool blue lace crop top, both of which paired beautifully with flowing A-line skirts. Scattered throughout the collection were also an array of icy white, blue and silver hues adorned with sparkling sequins, crystals and lace.
