British designer Alice Temperley named her latest bridal collection "Titania" after Shakespeare's fairy queen in A Midsummer Night's Dream. Needless to say, the Spring 2014 gowns were appropriately dreamy, ethereal and romantic---perfectly suited to a country garden wedding. Noteworthy back details abounded, including draped backs and criss-cross backs, perfect for making a dramatic exit. Also, many dresses featured sleeves in some form or another, from lace cap sleeves to embroidered bat sleeves to full blouse sleeves with cuffs. Indeed, for the bride who wants to stand out, an ornate lace blouse with a matching ballgown skirt is sure to make an impression. On the contrary, a flowing empire-waist gown with a beaded bodice will absolutely appeal to the laid-back bohemian bride with a love of all things vintage.
