British designer Alice Temperley’s Fall 2016 collection showcased the perfect mix of contemporary chic meets vintage glam. Maintaining her signature style, Temperley infused her latest line with timeless silhouettes, heirloom detailing and intricate hand-worked embellishments. The 12-piece collection also introduced a modern bohemian feel with gowns donning floral embroidery and beaded lace appliques; while illusion necklines, glittering crystal headpieces and sheer sleeves highlighted a more romantic, vintage charm. Sultry V-necks and shoulder cutouts added a subtle, seductive touch to the collection’s otherwise demure aura. Exploring more modern territory, Temperley presented a two-piece number, featuring exquisite wide-legged satin trousers alongside a lustrous lace pearl-encrusted cropped top. Geometric designs and metallic accents topped the collection’s most stunning looks, which included a long-sleeve, symmetrical mirror-embellished gown and an ethereal blush sheath dress with geometric gold detailing.
