Roque launched last year with some enviable industry cred: it was co-founded by veteran jewellery designer Negar Khatami and Nordstrom stylist Michelle Addison, and Diane Kruger was one of the brand’s first customers. Named after Picasso’s wife and muse Jacqueline Roque, the fine jewellery is classic enough to wear every day, but has unexpected touches that make each piece stand out.
Everything is hand-made in the duo’s Yaletown studio from locally-sourced materials, and prices (from as low as $60) are accessible enough to gift to your bridesmaids in bulk. But thanks to thoughtful details—like a column of diamonds on a signet ring, or a single pearl at the tip of a large open hoop—they’ll look custom-made.
