Sparkling Summer Scent

  |   By Alison McGill

Lise Watier is a Canadian beauty legend that was recently honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Canadian Fragrance Awards. Though she has introduced many amazing fragrances (and cosmetics) to the world, Watier’s most popular scent is the gorgeous Neiges launched in 1993. The fragrance is a winter classic, featuring a lush bouquet of white flowers: hyacinth, lily of the valley, Christmas rose and night-blooming jasmine. For 2010, Watier has created Summer Neiges ($45 for 50ml), a gorgeous warm weather version of the juice that I’m currently smitten with. This fabulous floral has lovely lotus flower added to the traditional Neiges mix of white flowers which adds a light, fresh crispness to the scent. This one is a must-have—gorgeous for your summer wedding—and is on counters now, but not for long.
